New Camera
After years of waiting for the features to improve and prices to drop, I finally bought a DSLR. I went with Nikon’s D300 – the main selling points being the 12 MP CMOS sensor and “in camera” timelapse recording. I’ve got a lot to learn about all the features this camera offers, but already I’ve been very impressed with picture quality it delivers. Here are some shots I’ve taken in the first week of using this camera:

Wow … you have two cats and a goatee??? Any kids we haven’t heard about? Seriously, the camera is phenomenal! What incredible detail … I particularly like the pigeons and the ethereal Tappan Zee. Looking forward to seeing it all Tuesday. xo
